Our Youth Section provides rugby for boys and girls aged 5-18 years old, playing on Sundays 10am-12.
Apart from the obvious health and social advantages of children participating in regular sport, we are an RFU 'Seal of Approval' club guaranteeing high standards for the coaching and protection of children in our care. Our qualified coaches ensure that the youngest children enjoy non contact tag rugby and, when they are old enough to participate in contact rugby it is introduced via a safe and progressive system.
Our junior teams aged 13-18 play 15 a-side competitive rugby in the Surrey leagues.
Equality is a key feature of our family club and we welcome all players from the community despite ability, gender, race or size.
The Youth Management team consists of:
Nigel Godolphin - Youth Chairman - 07985 414677
James Smith - Vice Chair (Mini-Youth) - 07891 411577
Jayne Godolphin - Welfare Officer - 07798 626448
Go to the 'policies and codes' page to download contact details.
The role of the Youth Management Team is to manage all the practical and strategic aspects of running the youth section.
This team takes into account all the latest guidance from the RFU and implements policies to ensure the safety and welfare of all players. There is also an Operations Team who have specific roles to ensure that squads are supported with their administrative and coaching needs.
Together these teams form the Youth Committee.

Liz Oliver at the Kit swap stall with customer trying on new boots
Liz Oliver runs a Kit swap stall to re-use boots and clothing that the children have grown out of. Prices are per item and are very reasonable - particularly if you have something to swap.
The stall is open most training and match days but she has a son in the U14s, so sometimes she travels with them.
Please bring old boots and kit so we can continue to recycle them.
All proceeds to the club
You can see that the stall is set up next to the entrance to the restaurant
A map of how to find the club and parking arrangements can be found under contact information. To find where each squad is located on the grounds see 'Pitch Allocation' above.
